Answers You Need

What is your policy for damaged products?

Any products purchased directly off of our site can be returned within 7 business days of receipt.  All items purchased through third party affiliates will not be honored by our refund policy.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards are accepted.

Do you offer gift cards?

Not at this time but...Coming Soon!

What if I need to cancel?

W.E. Charter does not give refunds, however you can reschedule your trip if it is cancelled within 24 hours or more of your scheduled cruise.  Your trip must be scheduled and taken during the season of original booking.

Are children allowed on the boat?

All children of walking age are permitted.  All children 10 and under must wear a life jacket the entire duration on board.

May I bring items with me on board?

Yes, you may want to consider waterproof bags to stow your items.  Food and beverage must have lids (no glass is permitted on board in any capacity).

What if I lose my personal item(s)?

In the case that an item is blown away or accidently discarded from the boat.  W.E. Charter is not responsible.
